Newbie with x4 and x5 issues

Forgive me if this has been answered before, but I've searched and I'm stuck.

I just installed X5 and when I draw something, I can't see it until I hit repaint or tweak the view (zoom in or out, rotate, etc..) then it shows up. The same thing happens when I try to select something that is already created. Nothing happens until I tweak the view or repaint, then I can see it is actually selected.

I tried disabling the accelerator, but that didn't fix the problem. I also tried installing X4 and I got the same issue.

Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong, and/or how to fix the problem?

    THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

By the way I am running Vista.... if that matters.

Easy one to fix. X5 uses alot of video power. You want to go to your settings in the configuration menu and click the screen and click "disable hardware acceleration". Then restart Mastercam...that will be one six pack.
We have had good luck with our Fadals milling mostly soft steel and aluminum up to 5 axis. We are always looking for spare parts If you have a broken down Fadal give a shout.
