Hello,

Reading on-line about things to consider to the diy cnc machine I'm building, I came across safety and limit micro-switches.
I found a few on-line but I can't seem to understand where it should be connected. To the breakout board? To the Vfd? To the power supply?

Switches like that can be used for homing, limits, or both. They'd hook up to the breakout board. But those are the last things you need to worry about - plenty of machines run fine without them. Is the rest of your machine built and working well?

Go onto you tube look for Guru Brew
I think he’s done that
I checked him out for auto tool zero, so I’m sure he had that too.
