    NVEM v5 SSR Reley problems

Hello, I have a problem with NVEM V5 and SSR relay.
It is connected as in the attached picture.
Settings in the MACH program in the attached pictures.
MPG that I made myself is connected as in the attached picture

When I give the command M7 or M8 the relay does not turn on
MPG when I activate the axes switches to the X,Y and Z switch but the selection x1, x10 and x100 does not work and when I turn the encoder nothing happens.

    The encoder is 100pps, -, +5v, A and B, so with 4 pins

Can someone help me where I am wrong and how to solve the problem.

    Thanks in advance

I power the NVEM v5 with 24v. The motors for all axes are connected, the proximity sensors are connected and everything works fine. But I can't get the two relays for the water pump and the dust collector to work.

Wich output do you use for the waterpump and dust collector?

I use output 1 to trigger a relay which activates my plasma torch. I had to run a wire from the negativ 24 V to the COM of „Spindle“. And then a wire from Out1 to the relay input. Now I can trigger the relay with mach3.
The relay is also on the 24V DC Power supply.

Hope this helps you with your problem
