    Okuma Spindle Synchronization issue

Hey guys, im working on an Okuma LB3000MYW trying to use the main spindle as a tailstock. yes i know sounds odd. I'm working on a long part. doing the first half of it in the main and doing a pull with the sub, some more machining. then transferring to the subspindle. Once its transferred i then put a center in the main spindle. synch the spindles with M210 M883 M151 then use torque skip command to bring the sub up to the main with the center. Everything up to this point works just fine. Once i move onto the next part of machining which would be using the sub to drive everything and turning towards the sub. i get spindle synchronization interlock alarm 10. which states that the B spindle is not selected. Program where the issue happens below.

    Re: Okuma Spindle Synchronization issue

hello far as i know, 210 883 151 is only available for main spindle

thus you loose it, once you switch to 2nd spindle; trials may be needed to confirm, or find a work arround, and now i am not near a dual spindle lathe

a quick fix, is to machine 2nd part in G140; should work, as machine does not know which chuck is holding the part, and which is holding the center, but only to have them both clamped, for this instance / kindly
