Are they suitable for high precision plastic sheet cutting?

I ordered both a CNC 1212, and a Laser cutter, they finally got here last weekend. That I have no question about what took so long, and as it turned out cost so much, that was all U.S. side. However I have no idea if any of it works, I have sent this to my sales rep, and the Customer Service email:

The Machines finally arrived, and I have unpacked and inspected what came with as best I could without any manuals or documentation for the machines, software documentation but not for the machines themselves. That I know of I am missing, the outlets we discussed being sent with the machines, the laser cutter's rotary device, any kind of connection for the router to receive power. I cannot confirm the operation or any damage assessment without being able to power these devices.


I think this is fair, missing a few components and things we agreed upon.

Just an update, I am in touch with my sales rep now, and after getting a little documentation, I am also short the water pump for the router.They are sending the missing items, so hopefully soon i'll be up and trying to figure out stuff.
