I own a Haas VF-2, and I'm using SolidWorks with HSMworks Xpress for CAM. I have a lot of experience manual machining, and I'm doing ok with the CAD/CAM side of things. I don't have any experience with CNC machining, and I'm trying to make some Christmas presents as my first parts. I managed to make my first part with no problems with the software or machine, but my second part, the machine has an error code #339, Only one M, X,Y,Z,A,Q etc. allowed in any block, only one G code in the same group. The program that worked didn't have any G codes paired up in a block, but the one that alarmed out had some lines that had: N20040 G3 X1.1357 Y-2.4181 I-0.2968 J-0.4593, or: N22645 G18 G2 X-0.08 Z-0.08 I0.025 K0. for example. Is this a post processor issue or should I just learn more about G and M codes before I try and play with expensive toys?
