    Panasonic servo

Just wondering if anybody here can point me in the right direction? I have attached a photo of the problem my Signstech 1612sp cnc laser cutter is having using Panasonic MBDHT2510E servo motors. As the scanning speed is increased the error increases. The system is belt driven and uses laserworks dsp controller version 5.021. Manufacturer who is chinese first off said laser out of focus, then backlash problem!!! If I manualy move the machine to any position on the bed which is 1600mm x 1200mm and press start it will cut in exactley the same spotagain with the same error? To me it relates to a tmming problem not backlash. Any help would be much appreciated.
I should also mention that the error shows when raster scanning in x_swing ie laser fires in bothe directions left and right. Machine cuts fine.
    Cheers
    Greg
