I have tried multiple times to change my password. Type in old one, and type in new one.
And I get" Your current password does not matches with the password you provided. Please try again."

We´re sorry that you have problems with changing your password. it would be better to submit these issues via helpdesk, so that the admins could help you asap.

Did you make sure that you didn´t use a space (e.g. at the end or beginning of your current password)

And make sure to follow the rules for changing the password.

- between 8 and 15 characters
- at least one digit
- at least one lowercase letter
- at least one uppercase letter
- at least one special character
