Try www.thinktink.com. They have a wide range of small end mills including v-tip isolation tracing bits.
I used a 0.8mm end mill for this board, my first.

Cutter life would be extended if you just isolated the traces and didn't machine away large areas. Anything to save a buck. Nice looking PCB by the way.Originally Posted by Jason Marsha
Thanks MrWild, I agree on about cutter life extension but after seeing both results I preferred removing all the copper except the traces.
