Hey guys,
I run a small CNC shop and, like most of you, got tired of trying to keep track of jobs, tools, quotes, inventory, etc. using spreadsheets, sticky notes, and whiteboards. Most ERPs I looked into were overkill, overpriced, or just didn’t fit how small shops actually run.
So I ended up building my own ERP system — simple, web-based, and focused on what small shops actually need day to day. Some features:
Job tracking with live statuses
Tool lists and setup sheets per job
Quote and order tracking
Inventory & material tracking
Nonconformance logging (AS9100-style)
Attendance clock-in/out
Customer/vendor management
Simple production dashboard for shop floor view
It’s nothing crazy, but it works and has been super helpful in keeping our small team organized. I figured other small shops might benefit too, so I’m offering a free 90-day trial until June 1, 2025. No ads, no obligations — just trying to help others who are in the same boat.
Just a heads up: it’s just me behind this, and I mainly work on it after hours since my shop is the full-time gig. So if you reach out, please give me a little time to respond — I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.
Also, if anyone gives it a try and has ideas for new features, I’m very open to suggestions. If it helps your shop, there’s a good chance it’ll help mine and others too.
Happy to answer any questions or give a quick walkthrough — just reply here or message me directly.
