    polygonal hex turning on puma 240 ms

    trying to turn a 1" hex and sides are uneven i get one measurement flat to flat @ 1.00 and two others@ 1.050 flat to flat . any answers??? using live tooling attachment with .5 endmill R value .250 and T9
