I'm having an unusual problem with Mach3 (maybe) on my mill and wondering if anyone else has experienced this.
When I stop program during an arc move, sometimes I lose my zero on the x and/or y axis in which the arc is drawn. Usually just by a small amount
It's an Industrial Hobbies mill and has servos on the affected axes. I recently tuned the geckos and they are snappy and not oscillating. I'm wondering if it's possible to either lose a whole revolution of an encoder, or if Mach is doing some rounding or miscalculating how to come out of a partially complete arc move which puts me back in the wrong spot.
Thanks!
Dan
