Hi,
I tried the PostProcessors for Vectric inserted in the 20/12 version of TNG but I get an error; I use Aspire 9.0.
I tried to understand more by reading the Post Processor Guide attached to Aspire but without result :-(

This variable works in Aspire 10. You can safely comment or delete it.
Grazie.
In effetti, questa guida non ha fatto menzione di questa variabile; Avevo pensato di eliminarlo ma non ne ero sicuro.
What is the name of the postprocessor for the vectric?
USBCNC?
C: \ Programmi \ PlanetCNC \ Samples \ Postprocessors \ Vectric
PlanetCNC_inch.pp
PlanetCNC_mm.pp
OK
I don’t understand how to delete a message. Stupid site, the first time I see this.
Postprocessors for Vectric are included with TNG software. They are in Samples/Postprocessors folder.
Hello,
I will re-use this topic for issue reporting. I was trying to use this script in Vectric 6 PRO. So I have copied PlanetCNC_mm.pp into C:/ProgramData/Vectric/VCarve Pro/V6.0/PostP/.
During starting there are multiple errors showed.
Attachment 439522
After commented this out it showed next error.Code:+VAR DWELL_TIME = [DWELL|A|P|1.2]
Attachment 439524
Last comment and next error.Code:+VAR INVERSE_TIME = [FI|A| F|1.2]
Attachment 439526
After last comment, Vectric started-up successfully. So what is the right way to use this? I am not really sure if can make this or not.Code:+begin DWELL_MOVE +"G04 [DWELL]"
Thank you
I guess VCarve6 is too old and does not support these variables.
hey guys, where can i download the current post processor for vetric aspire mm. it only has inch
It is a part of install files. Take a look to: c:ProgramFiles\PlanetCNC\Samples\Postprocessors\Ve ctric
Just came across this thread a bit late, but thought I’d share something helpful for anyone using Vectric Aspire with Planet CNC in millimeters.
As you probably know, the default post processor is in inches. If you need a millimeter version, just copy the post processor file and paste it into ChatGPT. Ask it to convert the file to millimeters and generate a new post processor file for you.
Important: Make sure you also ask it to include a post name in the file—otherwise it won’t work properly in Aspire.
Hope this helps someone
I don't think is nedeed, because in folder: "c:\Program Files\PlanetCNC\Samples\Postprocessors\Vectric\" is both PP inch and mm, at least I have them both ....
