I'm fairly new to g-code but after programming a series of 6 holes by writing the program for one and then cut and pasting - just varying the start position, one of the holes throws a wrong cut - instead of cutting around the circumference of the circular hole, it runs left and cuts a line outside the circumference and then returns to the circumference line leaving an unwanted cut. It also does it on the simulator suggesting it is in the code - but it definitely isn't because it is just a cut and paste of the other holes that are identical - the only adjustment is the position. Anyone had anything like this or got a work round? We're stuck so any help welcome.
