    I am having a similar problem I think. Whenever we try and increase the speed of our spindle using the Mach3 software it does not stop until it reaches the maximum speed. Any ideas as to why we cannot control the speed. We have a KL-6590 CNC machine with a Furing DZB300 series inverter. I do not know the brand of the breakout board is, but it is a bi-directional parallel BOB.

    First you have to see if the PWM and analog 0-10v is working this is at the your Breakout Board is where you need to check this if this is not working the VFD is not going to respond to anything but what ever that output is
