    Hello everybody

    I have the following problem:

We have a Maho 600 / with additional B axis (horizontal processing option) with a Phillips 532.
We had to bring in 75 radial drill holes onto a turned part (always 5 degree staggered away from each other--> so over the rotatable B axis)

Turning the head and changing the working plane is no problem. However I don’t know the most elegant way to program the drill holes without giving each separate one a separate G79 xyzb block.
Is there a cycle or can you bypass this problem with G14?
I will probably get more parts with different drill holes and I’m scared of thousands of manually programmed drilling positions.

    Help!!!!!

Well I would bypass it with a subprogram...

Cycle definition with G83, turning of the B axis, cycle call with G77
    .
Then swivel the B axis by 5 degree and the same again.
