Did anyone else experience this?

My laser machine is working bad (cutting things randomly, engraving works fine) and was trying various things to get it fixed.
Someone suggested to change the acceleration and stop-acceleration values in vendor settings.
I did so, noticed a significant change (the laser has no constant speed anymore, instead it's slowing down towards the edges).

The problem is, although I changed the values back to their initial numbers, the laser acts like it ignores the changes.
I even opened and wrote a file with the original vendor settings, a file which I saved when I first used the vendor settings.


Any help?

I dont know if you follow the right procedure in vendor setting then i refresh :

go vendor settings
press READ (then the software read parameters from controller)
just right now you can modify values
press WRITE (then the software send the parameters to the controller)
go out the vendor settings
now do your tests
