    Reliability

Hi I'm currently having some issues with mach 3, first thing when i get in i power everything on, run mach3, home warmup spindle, set my 0 then start loading and cutting. Every other day this is fine today i've rebooted 10 times so far mach3 locks on loading gcode that i cut the previous day, all the job displays go blank, and it just sits on processing code... The I kept getting the error on dospincw....

Anyone else have this issue, It's a great piece of software but i need to be in production every day.

You might want to try re-installing, and try the latest version if you are using an older one. Make sure to back up your .xml file.

Well it seems that if i don't run mach 3 the instant the desktop is up it's fine...

Guess winblows is not quite fully loaded at that point.
