    Reset to zero

How do you reset the coordinates on a fanuc 21i MA to zero?
For example. You are doing a set up and want to use the numerical display for the measurements.
    Thanks

You can look for the FANUC operator's manual.

    Thanks.

Well anyways I figured it out.
On the POSition screen, Select relative then either push either the X,Y,Z or C button. The press origin and that will zero out that axis.

Sorry to jump in on this thread.
I have Fadal 3016FX with Fanu 0i control.
Everything fine, but this morning I can't reset the relative coordinates. I set the reference height and press Z 'origin' and nothing happens to the coordinates. It sort of flashes to zero but then back to the original value.

    Any ideas?

    Thanks

    Matt.

    False alarm it seems.
I completely turned off the machine, had a cup of tea and turned back on again.....problem solved.
