    reverse spindle problem

    on fanuc ot control lathe in MDI and jog mode i can reverse the spindle
    but in auto mode i can not

    plz someone help

    generaly all Fanuc control system have INTERLOCK posibility for Axis and spindle and Machine Lock function ,... if there isnt any fault or error messages on your screen firstly check the machine interlock activated or not?... may be this function activated by special switch may be by using Mcode ,... try to find related G bit in your Diagnostig Area ,..for your example for milling machine OM the G128 responsible to axis Interlock using
