I need 4 parts machined, 2 of which will be more complex and 2 are relatively more simple. 4 parts make up a set, and I am needing 75 sets in this run. All parts need to be 304 or better stainless, with a good surface finish that is free of flaws, but not mirror polished.

List of the parts:

1. Top Plate (most complex)
   
   1. outside threaded to mate with Bottom Ring
   2. 1/8" NPT hole on a slant off-center
   3. center hole w/ o-ring groove
   
   
2. Bottom Ring
   
   1. inside threaded to mate with Top Plate
   
   
3. Cylinder - just a 14" length of sanitary tubing (3/4") cut to length and cut edges chamfered
4. Piston - 9/16" solid rod approx 13" with 2 o-ring grooves and opposite end threaded

Attached images are of parts #1 and #2 (dimensions shown in mm), full solidworks or STP files available by request.

I'm ready to begin immediately and ideally would have completion of the job by end of January, but a little longer is fine if needed. Would not like extra rush charges included, just let me know your availability and schedule.

Thank you for everyone interested. I will be closing this thread, while I haven't yet awarded the contract, I have gotten enough interest that I don't want to get overwhelmed by too many quotes. I will be working through them and awarding soon.
