    RFQ, aluminum plate, milled on one side

    RFQ for what I hope is a simple job:

    Qty 5 of
    8" diameter round 6061 aluminum plate, 1/8" thick.
    One milled pocket (single 1/2" endmill plunge?) at center.
    One milled channel from center to edge.
    Both mill operations on same side.

    Quick drawing attached.

    Please include material/labor/shipping for qty 5! Thanks in advance!
