I need a quote for a phenolic disk machined on a CNC vaccum table.
I don't have a drawing but it's a simple part. It's a simple disk with a small shoulder machined on the OD 1/8" deep, same as the photo but a solid ID, not hole in the center.

The disc dimensions are as follows...
Material- 3/16" thick XX phenolic sheet
3.640" OD - Major
1/8" deep shoulder/step - 3.380" OD minor
Tolerances +/- 0.004"
Qty - 45
