Production of a solid rod end with recess. Please include lead times. This is a part for a cnc lathe.

Dimensions are 1.3 wide x 1/2 thick x 3.2 inches long. Thickness of the part is .500" front face recess is .250 hole diameter is .485

Material is to be 1045 Carbon steel

Quantity is 500 with 250 being left hand thread and the other 250 being right hand thread. Thread size will be 1/2-20.

I need the part quoted for qty 500 pieces.

Once I am assured of the unit for our purposes, the number of units needed for this test will be 2, one left hand one right hand thread.

Please ask me any questions you have so I can clarify to avoid any mistakes. Please if you do not have the equipment to produce this part do not respond. I am looking for a long term relationship for part for additional production run in the future.

let me clarify a thing some one asked about...the 2 I asked for testing are for my approval prior to the full production run...these can be made of anything..they are simply for me to see quality of work,fit and finish...
