    j-radkemachine:

You have to provide far more information.

What machines can you communicated to at the present?
What are your settings at the computer, the working CNCs, and the HAAS --- baud rate, stop bits, parity, handshake mode, cable length?
What are the pin connections at both ends of your HAAS and other cables?

What is the year of manufacture of the HAAS?

Does either direction of transfer with HAAS work?

After you initiate RECV at the HAAS what message does HAAS display and does it change after you start sending a program? Do you get an error message or flashing red beacon?

Will a simple program like the following load?

    %
    O3030
    (test)
    M30
