Rules and Standards for High Precision machining

I'd like to know the numbers of rules and standards (DIN, ISO, etc) where the proccess of high precision machining and quality control is described. I mean the requirements for thermal stability, vibration stability, etc.

Where I could find such texts?

Click here - upper right hand corner for English Version. If "Beuth" does not have it - nobody does.

All ISO and most DIN are available in English.
