SBR20 Linear slide rails - Grease or Oil?

    Hey guys,

I recently purchased the SBR20 series linear slide rails, and I'm having a bit of a problem. When I first installed them, they would move just fine at lower speeds (150ipm or lower), but would bind inconsistently when running it at full speed (250ipm+).

I'm wondering if I should be using grease or oil lubrication on the slide blocks. The blocks have roller bearings inside that rotate in an oval shape when rolling along the rail. It's a really cool design, but I don't know if I should use grease instead of oil.

The binding only happens at one section of the rails, so I think I need to adjust the rails in that section (they may be a little off between each gantry riser).

So, grease or oil for these things?
