ive got a serial controller and bi polar drivers that i have just got to controll my steppers for the first time using the propriety software, but the package is very limited. i have no g-code input. now im on xp controlling via usb converter and im looking for a new controller software package that will accomidate serial output. ive asked before if mach3 would do it and was denied.
so if anyone has any suggestions that would be great.

what is plotter software exactly? i'm asuming its 2d only
what im looking for is something just like mach3
