I have this logo which they are looking for me to router into a table top.
I lack the experenice to convert the image to a usable DXF.
Anyone want to give it a shot.

Sorry, but it will never happen with an image that small.

Do you have a larger image?

like switcher said, it's not likely from that picture. you need a good pictureto start with and as high of dpi as possible to make life easier.

I went to their sight and they don't have any logos/ pictures for downloads like some gov offices. from the little i looked it looks like that image is of their old badge. you might be able to call or go down and talk to their media guy and get a good picture to work from. with luck they will have it in a good png file and save you a pile of work. I did one similar for the Oregon troopers and they were really helpful.

many thanks for that how do you get such a good dxf from inkscape i have been trying without sucess?I seem to have to run jpg through vector magic and then through inkscape to get anything like what you have achieved did you just run the jpg through inkscape?
