I need this PDF to a DXF this is for a friend and I use my plasma cutter for sheet metal cutting but I think I should be able to cut this out with a little work.

That's an interesting idea. Maybe I'll make one out of acrylic. I bought a used laser a while ago and it works very well cutting thin acrylic.
