    These dxf files require a cad program like autocad or an illustrator program like inkscape, coreldraw or adobe illustrator. I believe there are also utilities that allow you to view them.

    Free CAD software * for your DWG files: DraftSight - Dassault Systèmes

    Try this to view the cad files.
    Free download.
    It should fit the bill.

    Circular table face 600 mm dia. (24") consists of 7 pcs - 2 layers.
    1st layer - 6 pcs (5 wings and the center circle)
    2nd layer - the background circular sheet which all the 6 pcs of the 1st layer will be fixed on.

    note:
    Preferably be cut from not less than 4.0 mm sheet metal.
