Hey folks. I haven't shared anything yet but I was wondering if anyone had any fancy mat shapes like those shown in these pictures? I'll be cutting them out of brass. They don't have to have the engraving necessarily but the fancier the better!

Thanks!
Thanks myxpykalix for the DXF. That will work great.
The original file I have is 10 megs and contains no open vectors, your file has 11,779 open vectors. Have you used it if so maybe tell others how you got around the open vectors or what your fuzz distance is this would help others out.
Also even in the PDF conversion it generates open vectors (not as many but still does),
Using my DXF file here is a sample of mine in V-Carve Pro with no open vectors and works great, However like i say the file is very large.
Joe
Joe,
Have you cut this?
How large, and how long?
Hey Guys
Does any one have a .dxf of a person swimming or a swimmer? Making a plaque for the local YMCA and need a few designs to go in the corner.
Thanks
What is possible? What you will!
No not yet, but here is the screen capture i just did in v-carve-pro, says it will take 3hrs and 24 mins using the scale factor of 1.5 which is real close to actual for my CNC 4x4 Hybrid, this one is 24"x24" you can see on lower left. I will cut it soon, just have to clear out some cutting going on now.
Joe

I was just thinking that little site of yours is coming on nicely and is quite unique, Who knows but you could be the Napster of dxf files as I'd say as cnc becomes more mainstream sites like yours could be very popular.
keelhauled,
Glad you like my site.
The way I see it, most folks are able to use DXF files, I want to get files to everyone, not only the guys with money, or know how.
My goal is to post 2 files a day, I've already met this months goal, I'll still post more, a little extra never hurt.
I'm still working on other folks being able to add DXF files, I want to keep the site specific to DXF files only. That will require some file moderation.
I'll keep everyone updated.
