Would you mind explaining by what you mean about "touching it up", for me? I downloaded the sox dxf and noticed the lines were not perfectly straight. It this what you touched up and may I ask how you did that?

I enclosed a screenshot of the dxf opened up and did a regen all command and this is the best I got.

    stick font

I need some help. My church wants me to do some engravings of their logo. I've engraved this DXF before and it gave them a nice little plaque thang. The things they want me to make now are much smaller and the double lined text on them runs together. I need to make all the text on this logo into a stick type font so they are all single line engraving and still look like the original. I've tried wintopo with a pretty bad result.

Here is a .pdf file and the dxf I have now. I have an .ai file, an .eps file, and a .raw file if that would help.

Here is another version of your drawing with the lettering contouring the circle a little better. RayinNH no offense intended.

None taken, I just used the font that was there & offset it to the centerline, because Gravy said he wanted the letters to look the same. I figured there would be more than one response to the post.

    Wind Spinner

This is a WindSpinner. The best way to cut this out would probably be a waterjet or laser CNC cutting 14 gage (.074) Steel, and then apply a nice patina and seal it up. Also need a swival hook to attach thread to hole so it is allowed to spin. I attached a completed picture to show you guys what the finished product should look like. When it is cut, grab the wolf picture and give it a little twist and it should spread out. You can also take the wolf out and insert any other picture in there.

Thanks for sharing the file ericandmollie. Keep up the good work.
The scalloped edges give a nice effect to the finished spinner!

My plasma arc CNC machine was used & did a fine job cutting this from 16 Ga steel.
A photo of the completed item is shown HERE.

Below is the partly finished spinner.

I have the rights to the comic....We are trying to make a trophy for a Johnny Hart sponsored golf fund raiser, and I am having a hard time vectoring the image. If someone could help me out I would be very greatful.
    THanks,
