1st, if my post was a little "rude" as someone said, i feel sorry for that. I didn't meant. I am a good tempered girl.
2nd, our prices are clear to each customer who inquires us, no hiding cost.
3rd, here in the forum, many different kinds of readers. We have some unhappy experieces about prices posted publicly.
4th, we focus on machine & aftersales service quality all the time

The fixation about pricing in China is ridiculous... In the laser world , I would WILLINGLY pay a big premium , even 25% above anything else for top quality parts , comprehensive spares , a decent manual , good software and after sales support. The chinese machines are so cheap compared to equivalent western machines that the extra you pay for a top notch machine is not an issue. The chinese machine suppliers should put together a "western" package... ..keep the rock bottom pricing for china...

I import trophy components , trophies , , marble , plaques , sublimation material , acrylic sheeting etc. by the containerload (at least 3x 40ft containers a year)...and I KNOW that my suppliers are quite a lot more expensive than others.
Ultimately I could deal with 12 different chinese companies and perhaps save 20% , but my 3 existing chinese suppliers carry everything I need , make an effort to get it if they don't , have never let me down , I have met them face to face , financially they are stable , their quality is excellent , exceeding expectations. I am not in the least tempted to go elsewhere
