Are there any structural differences between a VM3 and VF3? I have already looked at the website and know the options are different but is there more meat to a VM3?

The VM's have 26 inches of -y- travel...and different ball screws. (both of those aren't options)
Other than that I'd say they are the same machine...only different.

The Vm is 30 hp has a different ball screw, a different table, different casting the casting is actually the casting of a VF-5.
The VF-3 and VM-3 are Different.
I think with the additional 26" on -y- it was obvious you are going to get more meat (whatever that means). Looks like it weighs about 1500 pounds more.
From my memory our VF8 couldn't take more of a cut than our VF2 could given similar/same setup. The mold machine has way different features to accommodate .....well.....more "mold" type operations.
My previous post was more tongue in cheek. I figured you saw that one has more thrust/hp/bigger table/etc.
