Is it possible to convert the PWM signal from pin 1, 2 or 6 per capacitor into a 5 V signal?
Can the + 5v pin from the outout connector be used to power an Arduino?

For pin 6 can be done, whileI have add minor electronic for controling rpm of spindle and goes from 0 to 10V.
For power supply I am not shure because some ardu's can draw more current...
what minor additional electronics did you add for rpm control? My output board is not generating 0-10 volts. 0-0.3 is what I am getting. Pin 6 on pwm with a lagging volt meter does generate 0-4.9+ volts.
A friend of mine made for me and is something like this but without releys. Input is 12V from PS for MB
