    CNC Boring Issue

    Hi,

    I am a Mechanical Engineer and currently working in an Manufacturing MNC.
    I am facing a problem and need some help from people here.

    While performing Boring Operation in Cylinder head surface finish obtained is not accurate ,peaks and marks are there.

    What all I have checked:
    1. Tool design
    2. Coolant pressure and temperature.
    3. RPM and feed.


    any suggestions on above mentioned issue that can help in improving surface finish of the bore.

    Could you post a picture or even better, a video of your setup.
