I have a TB6560 4 axis (but only using 3 axis) and configuring with Mach3. I have three stepper motors out of a Canon Laser Copier FH6-1571 2.2volts and 2.0 amps. I am totally confused about how to set my jumper pins on the board (should I run it at 100%, 75%, 50% etc.) and which micro step setting to run. And in Mach3 . . I find that very confusing as well. I built this little machine myself because I just want to get my feet wet with CNC. I am using 5/16" all-thread directly driven from the steppers and the TPI (thread per inch) is 18.
