I searched the forum before posting.

Current Problem

Machine Had power spike a few weeks ago. Haven't ran equipment in about 2 weeks turn on dead battery.....

Being an instructor, we have extra batteries from our trainers so, I swap it out.

Power on and reset machine parameter file using USB not worried about any work coordinates at this time.

After a couple of restarts and resets of other codes. Machine looks clean with no problems.

Try a home Powerup/Restart button, Z Okay X 103 error Y unknown.

Reset machine errors turn on hand jog before home in parameters.

Try jog motor doesn't seem to move.

Power off machine.

Hand jog ball screw under table for x and retry home

Again same.

This time go zero return:

Z Single Okay
Y Single Okay
X Single 103 error code.

Power cycle

Swap both amp and signal cables for x and y to check motors/limit switch

Haven't had problems with Z so thats fine

Zero Return:

Y Single Okay Drives reversed x axis to home limit switch.
X Single 103 Error Doesn't drive reversed Y axis limit to home...

So problem Shorted Main board ? on only X axis

Additionally, when slow jog of this axis .0001 the load meter of the motor after one or two clicks of the jog handle and no more it will creep to a load out and trigger the 103 error.

Nevermind I took the board back out re-seat all connections renistalled software and its working now. Sometimes sleep helps and a fresh day.
