hello i have a morbidelli 504 author

the thing is, i cant calibrate or move any axis
when i try to manually move any axis, i hear like a contractor sound at the router ( not in the controller ) then i get an alarm - (the axis i selected) axis follow up error, the same goes when i try to calibrate it i get that alarm
2 days ago the machine was working perfectly fine, today when i tried to work with it i got this error

Could be below reasons:
Drive not delivering power to the motor
Motor mechanically jammed
Encoder signal missing or faulty

If i push any axis by hand, the position updated on the screen
The servo drives are never being enabled
Motors are fine
