using bur instead of undercut endmill?

I need to add detail to a side wall of a wood part (hard maple) using a 3/16 round lollipop end mill. I've come up with two tool options that will have the needed clearance: A) a 270 degree undercut ball end mill or B) a carbide bur with approx. 277 degrees..

The speeds and feeds will be be slow since its a finish pass removing at most .015" of material at a time.

The bur is 1/5 the cost - any advice out there? anyone used carbide bur's for milling ?

I think the question is how many flutes on the cheap one? It doesn't say. The picture indicates it has very fine teeth, which would not be great for wood. But the pictures are often not accurate. For $11, I'd just order one and try it out.
