    How to maintain your cnc router?

    Hi, everyone, this is Linda from Roctech. Do you have problem about maintain your cnc machine? Here is maintenance of cnc router hope it is helpful for you.

    1、Please keep the CNC machine continuous running time under 10 hours a day.

    2、 Every time after use the machine, be sure to clean up the dust on the table and the transmission system, on a regular basis (weekly) to lubricate the transmission system.(X.Y.Z axis)

    3、If long time not use the machine, should be regularly (weekly) lubricate and run empty, to ensure the flexibility of the transmission system.

    4、Regular (according the use condition) cleaning the dust in the electrical box, check terminal screw if loosening, ensuring safe and reliable circuit is used.

    5、Regular (according the use condition) check the machine parts screw loosening or not, etc

    6. Keep the control cabinet clean enough. Pay attention to heat dissipation. Check cooling fan everyday to ensure working well.
