I'm programming a Mazak Integrex I 200 st with a Matrix 2 controller using the Mazatrol programming
The programming question I have is
I have drilled a .34 diameter hole with the milling head 4.45 inches deep, (included pic) next I need to drilling a .090 diameter hole in the same spot 4.85 inches deep.
I don't want to start drilling the .090 drill at the top of the hole, I was wondering how i could bring the drill to the top of the hole then rapid down to approx 4.35 inches deep then start drilling the .090 hole the 4.85 required depth.

Any help would be great

Just put the .090 drill in a new unit and start it at Z 4.35

If I do that the drill isnt going to rapid through the part to at Z4.35?
The drill will go above Z0 then go down to 4.35 and start drilling?

Drills will go to the WorkFace setting for Z and then rapid to cutting depth. Verify it with graphic check first.
