Dear Sirs

We have got a 2 axis CNC machine having gearbox for Spindle

There are three gears - Lo , Medium and High

Upto 100 rpm of Spindle, sound from spindle is quite normal but sound is huge at 200 RPM

a) Lubrication of Gearbox is quite alright

b) We do not find any damage in Gears as well as Spline of Shaft

This machine is not in use since last two months due to problem with Spindle drive, drive replaced with another one (Not identical), in decoupled condition, spindle motor rotation is quite smooth even upto 7500 rpm, after necessary Auto Tuning, we have coupled motor with spindle via V belts and now sound is huge at 200 RPM

Kindly advice if sound is due to mechanical reason or due to Drive itself, as we are using this drive only for the first time for spindle application

Actually we found very fine damage in gear
