Dear Forum Members,

I got a used Mazak Quick Turn 10 with Mazatrol T1 Controller. The battery was not working, I changed the battery and now all parameters are lost.

Can anybody email me the parameters and the step by step procedure on how to enter the parameters. Though I have the manuals but all are in Japanese. Can't understand at all.

I have some parameters for the T1 I can send them but they are in WordPerfect Quattra Pro spread sheet. you may be able to convert them to Microsoft Exel.
here is the details on clearing memory and entering parameters, the OP parameters require 9 bits to enter as one is a parity bit.

I'm only new to this site but i recently got a mazak with a t1 control but the machine has not been in use for a while and the battery is faulty and i have lost the parameters. Would you still have a copy of the parameters and if so could you send them to me ?

The parameters seem to get the machine moving but when i zero return and then try to jog away i get an alarm saying x and z limit switich error and can't move either axis.
Any idea ?

Hello Al, I know this is an old post but anything is worth a try. I have a very old quick turn ot-u with mazak t-1 controller. In between me buying it and moving it a delightful scumbag removed the parameter list from the folder. Mazak havent got them as the machine is so old, the Mazak engineer has helped me as much as he can but he has never even seen one. I can get it to move and do things but not properly as it should do. Any help will be appreciated.

I to have lost the parameters on a t1,I have them in a book and inputed all on page1 , but are having trouble inputing the binary codes on page 2 p1 onwards, the first p1 is 01001101 I type this but cannot input them with an error saying invalid number. Any help would be great

assume that the parameter was 00000000, and you would like to change it into 01001101, so you have changed 4 bits , so to enter type 010011014 then input
