Wonder if anybody else has used bondo auto body filler to re-surface a worn spoilboard. I have done this several times now and am really happy with the result. I simply (and quickly) mix up so of the filler and slap it onto the spoilboard rough spots and let it cure. In minutes, you can flycut a new surface with ease. In the picture attached I am doing a bigger machine with a particle board spoilboard, but I have a small machine at home and it has a spoilboard made of solid surface countertop and the bondo re-finishes it as well. The bond seems to be great and it cuts like butter. Not too expensive either.
