First time servo user - need some help with G320x

Got keling package few months ago for my mill with NEMA34 servos, g320x and AMT102 encoders.

Been trying to read up on how to do things right and coming up short, first I installed encoders, pretty sure I did it right? What I don't get about "aligning", do you somehow reference to shaft position? I found nifty animation on how to install them at digikey website, but again, it didn't make sense.

I plugged power supply in and encoders and I'm getting power light and fault light(power supply supplying 75V), tried wiring in BOB and motor, went thru wires and thought I had encoder wiring screwed up(A=White, B=Brown, 5V=Red, GND=Black) Right? On encoder there are 6 labels for wires but only 5 wires coming out?!?

Any help with getting started would be great!

    Thanks,
    Russ

Everything seems to be well now after talking to Mr. Mariss himself, jumper between pin 5 & 7 wasn't installed properly and didn't reset the fault signal.

After setting resolution on encoder and plugging servo in it seems to work great, haven't hooked it up to computer yet, but will in few minutes.

Now just need to tune it and its good to go!

    Thank You Mariss!
