    I have used Products PCB Batch.
    Not sure how prices compair with the other links people provided, but I think it is reasonable.

    I actually have (from Eastern Europe). It arrived on time, without any noticeable problems (SMD galvanized-via 2-layer PCB), and at a price that nobody else I've seen comes anywhere even close to (for a small number of PCBs). I'm sure shipping can't be much more to you either than it was for us, they should have that on their page somewhere...
