I did look up the specs on the Punch site and here it is:

So is the other user whose experience I mentioned atypical of installing on XP?

I ask one more time, has anybody actually installed V9Pro on an XP Box successfully?

I guess I have to wonder why you don't just give it a try? Viacad installs very cleanly separately from other Viacad versions, so you shouldn't have any problems with it breaking your current configuration. If it doesn't work well, you have your answer. Between betas and my own licensed copies, I've had up to 4 different Viacad versions installed concurrently, and you can even run them concurrently without any issues. Once I un-install them, there have been no problems relating to the un-install process either (such as a lost activation on my licensed versions).
