Very cool! Do you use atmospheric pressure or not?
What is the first picture on video? Is it heart or "->"?
Can you "print" text or pics?

The water header is at atmospheric pressure with about 5" of water in the header. I think the first image is just triangles.... cant remember.
I can print text and images but as mentioned, the image is too small to see much detail. Will be much better once I get more valves functioning.
Khalid, sounds like you have made upgrades to the software, can you post the latest VB?
Awesome!
thanks for all
I lost VB program in hard drive crash

Going to make a step by step video and sharing all the electronics, programming.. What do you guys suggest?

This is just a video to show how the Proteus, Virtual Serial Port Driver, and VB6 interact without using any hardware.
1- VB6 Graphical Waterfall sent a "byte" to the Proteus.
2- ArduinoUno recieve the 'byte' with a special protocol and send it to shift register 74HC595.
3- Arduino then send the same byte back to the VB6 software. which verify it and send the next byte.
All this happening virtually.

some more updates...No more computer intervention..
A simulation of the graphical waterfall that will get the designs from SD card and send to the solenoids. LCD 20x4 shows basic information. The designs can be repeated . The programming was done in a way to reject the files which having wrong data and store the files name in the EEPROM. Total 50 filenames can be stored in EEPROM. The time delay between the rows of drops can be adjusted using potentiometer.

How much did it cost to make the pcb?
Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
I ordered these 10 PCBs for an amount of 10US dollar for 10 pieces double sided. 11US dollar was shipping fees. Total 21US dollar. its about 75mm x75mm.

If anyone is from Pune, should go and buy from abc chowk. There are lots of wholesale dealer where can buy at cheapest and best rate. Good Quality products.
hello, Khalid, I've been following this thread and it's amazing! I'm actually an intern and I also doing this project. I've been struggling with the programming this past 4 weeks, so if it's okay, do you mind sharing the code for this water fountain? hopefully so, because it will help me to learn a lot. and what kind of Arduino or PLC are you using? is it any different if I'm using Beckhoff PLC? hope to hear from you soon! thankyou before.
Best regards, Thomas
You can just buy a raspberry + senseHAT module, that will give you 192 channels fully programmable output on a single script, you can loop it, time it, sound activate it, to cut the story short, you can do whatever you like on the 192 channel output you can even play ping pong thru a joystick on the water fountains, tetris, minecraft hehe
Una parte del codigo esta mal, busca en el compilador la parte del codigo que esta con error debe salir resaltada en azul luego borrarla y vuelve a compilar y el software va a funcionar .
